My name is Shweta Anand, and I have 15 years of experience in the esthetics industry. As both an instructor and a practitioner, I am deeply passionate about teaching and practicing esthetics, with a specialization in facials and body treatments.
Every day, my enthusiasm for this field grows stronger. My dream of opening a spa began 13 years ago when I graduated with honors in Canada, and it continues to thrive with each satisfied client my team and I serve.

Registered Massage Therapist
Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and graduate from Trillium college in Kingston, Ontario. She has been practicing massage therapy for 7 years.
She uses techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy which can be applied to both relaxation, therapeutic, and sports massage. She also specializes in prenatal massage, sciatica, and hot and cold stone therapy. Hot towels are used throughout her treatment to increase relaxation and ease sore muscles.
Jessica loves working at Restore and Replenish Spa and aims to enhance the physical, emotional, and mental quality of life of her clients through her practice. My name is Ammara. I’m a medical Esthetician and graduated from Anderson College of Health, Business and Technology.
I’ve been working with Shweta for the past two years but have been in the beauty industry for the last five years. I help my clients feel beautiful in the skin they are in and to help them feel confident in their daily appearance.
I’m specialized in advanced facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, manicure, pedicure, lash/brow tinting, body massage/wraps and other advance treatments.
Hair Stylist
Taylor has been a hairstylist for over 11 years. She specializes in custom coloring, cuts and is a blonding and balayage expert. She helps her clients achieve their hair goals while making the health and integrity of their hair a top priority.
Taylor attends multiple hair shows/ education courses each year to inspire herself and does a lot of research to keep on top of the latest trends. Taylor is very easy going and down to earth. Her favorite part of her work is meeting new people, building trust and forming long lasting relationships with her clients.
When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her out in nature exploring with her beautiful daughters, trying new restaurants, reading, making art or watching one of her favorite guilty pleasure shows. Taylor looks forward to having you in her chair, sharing stories and laughs, and making your hair dreams come true!

Restore and Replenish is my favourite Spa! The staff is absolutely amazing from the moment you schedule an appointment over the phone, to arriving and being greeted by the receptionist, having the services completed, right down to the moment you leave. Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting is so positive, genuine and friendly making your visit very personal and welcoming. I have had my hair cut and coloured, waxing and facial services done and look forward to trying more of the services provided. Myriam and Monique have such finesse about them making the services even more relaxing and enjoyable than they already are and they are very respectful of your time and experience there (they can have you laughing out loud or be soft spoken and quiet depending on what you’re having done). A friend recommend that I come here for a massage and Melissa was great in relaxing me and making me comfortable. I started a new office job in which sitting in front of computer for 8 hours as taken effect on my back and neck. She was able to unknot my back, relase the tension and make me feel like my old self that could move my neck and back. Thank you Melissa and I will definitely be coming back again.
Restore and replenish is a lovely Spa/Hairsalon. The owner Monique is absolutely wonderful and extremely kind and passionate about her work and Spa/Salon. Her entire staff are a pleasure to work with, as soon as you enter, you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. I have always loved the atmosphere, laughter, kindness and just a positive attitude from everyone. Her products and services offered are amazing. I’ve personally tried a few of her products and have not been disappointed. Everyone that works there is lovely and they always take the time to explain products and services.
